Citation Records of Famous Researchers

What do Einstein's, Hawking's or Bengio's h-indices actually look like? Hand-verified records from OpenAlex and Google Scholar — with documented author IDs, because name search alone is not identity.

Two Databases, Ten Records

Every record below was resolved by hand: we matched OpenAlex author IDs against top-cited works and ORCID — never name search alone. Einstein's first candidate ID, for example, turned out to be a one-paper yogurt researcher. Marie Curie's record is shown with a data-integrity warning.
